Flydubai Update

Flydubai has leased four Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Smartwings to add more capacity between 14 December 2019 and 26 January 2020. The decision to lease the aircraft from the Czech Republic-based airline is due to the continued grounding of our fleet of 14 Boeing 737 MAX since March 2019. This will enable more passengers to travel to where they want to be over the busy holiday season.

The all-Economy Class leased aircraft will operate on select routes on the flydubai network including: Bahrain, Colombo, Faisalabad, Karachi, Kuwait, Muscat, Multan, Prague and Sialkot. The published schedule might be subject to further changes.
